It involves over 10,000 farmers getting rid of poverty and getting rich, and realizing the transformation and upgrading of traditional planting agriculture to modern sightseeing agriculture. The project covers the operation and management of many industries, such as modern agriculture, ecological breeding, tourist attractions, tourist resorts, hotels, performing arts, schools, commerce and logistics, with a total investment of 25 billion yuan and a construction period of 6-8 years. It has the characteristics of large investment, long cycle and high difficulty. It is a peasant "no" in the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island.
